CHURCH DISESTABLISHMENT.

At a meeting of the Representative Council the Bishop of Oxford voted for disestablishment.
BANQUET TO SIR ASQUITH
SIR BALFOUR AND HOME'RULE.

The Liberals will tender a banquet to Sir Asquith in March to celebrate the passing of the Parliament Bill. It is oxpected that 1000 persons will attend.
Mr Asquith promised Sir Bonar Law facilities for the discussion of the Sugar Convention. Lord Londonderry, speaking at Hey wood, announced that Sir Balfour, after taking a rest, would return to the House of Commons and would combat the Home Rule Bill most determinedly.
