Counsel representing nino Chicago packers who are indicted on the criminal clause of the Anti-Trust Act, have left for Washington to submit an appca lto the Supreme Court against quashing of tho writ of habaes corpus in the preliminary proceedings of the Government suit.

Mr Rockfcller will be invited to reply to testimony given before the Hcmso Committee investigating the Steel Trust, charging Sir Rockfeller and his agents with taking from representatives of the Mcsaba iron and the Daluth Railroad Company ten million dollars' worth of security in order to satisfy the call for a loan amounting to 420,000 dollars.
