Wellington, Nov. 22. A Government "Gazette" has been issued to-day dissolving the General Assembly and convening tho new Parliament for December 23rd; also giving tho usual lists of returning officers and polling places for the^elections The nominations for Maori members aro fixed for December Ist, and polling on December 19th.
