Port Said, Nov 20. Lord Kitchener, Major-General Sir John Maxwell, and tho members of the Ministry boarded the Medina and greeted their Majesties the King and Queen. Previously the Khedive, on board his yacht Mahronssa, saluted the Medina, tho hand playing the Nation Anthem. There were enormous crowds on shore, and enthusiastic cheers were given.
