JOURNALISTIC DICTATION.

Herr Yon Kiderlin-Wachter, speaking in the Reichstag, denied that the Foreign Office informed the Press that Germany intended to acquire territory in Morocco. He admitted that fifty journalists met and decided upon the annexation of Morocco. The Government, however, advised caution. He did not think the journalists would lie able to carry out tho scheme alone.
