Arrangements have been made to take a vote on Mr Deakin's censure motion to-day. The Oppositionists' chief complaint is of the Ministers' silence during the debate, and Oppositionists have charged other Ministers with being afraid of openly supporting the Minister of Home Affairs' preference to unionists' ukase.
