M. Cillaux states that Germany:-! fresh proposals with regard to Morocco merely rolate to the modification of a formula on which agreement was not previously reached, and dp not relate to the economic situation which has been settled.
Sovoral newspapers suggest that Germany is attempt-inn: to keep ihc Moroccan question open pending the settlement of the terms of compensation in tho Congo.
