Tlio .structure will vise 321t. above the river bod, and along its length will bo 119 flood gats 30ft. wide and lift. high. At the end of the diim will bo tlio look gates and a lingo power-house, 1400 ft. long and 123 ft. wide, in which will be mounted .30 hydraulic electric power generating units. The initial installation of 120,----000 home-power is to be completed on July 1, 1913.
