DEADLOCK AT CARDIFF.
(Received July 26, 11.15 p.m.) London, July 26. . The negotiations at Cardiff have reached a deadlock. The seamen will not return while the other strikers are dissatisfied, and the masters refuse to negotiate with them until the strikers allow the flour to be removed to the warehouses. The importation of frozen meat has ceased, and the docks and sidings aro congested with coal. Eight thousand colliers aro idle.
