Melbourne, July 25. Mr O'Malley, Secretary for Home Affairs, declares that Mr Fisher's cabled interview must have been evoked by the genius of one of W. T.. Stead's thoosophical spooks. Members of the Governments of all tho States express disbelief in tho truth of the interview or indignation.
