The celebrations of the anniversary of the constitution were marred by a conflagration at Stamboul. Hundreds of houses have already been destroyed, and the fire is still burning with terrific Intensity, owing to a violent north wind. The offices of tho MinJstry of War are threatened.

The fire is believed to be duo to criminals using petroleum. Mahomet Skevet Pasha was injured.
