Melbourne, July 10

There was an exciting fire at the picture pavilion at Geelong last night, when a film ignited. Tho operator picked it up and dropped it in front of the main exit as the audence were scrambling out in a semi panic. Several fell into or were caught by tho flames and their clothes igniting caused the fire to spread. Six persons were badly burned and were removed to the hospital, and tin. gh'ls and a boy were seriously burnt. There were also a number of otlici minor injuries.
