A Sinking fund at the rate of thirteen shillings and fourpe,nce per cent, per .annum of the amount borrowed shall be provided for the repayment of tbo said special loan hereby .authorised to be raised. The security proposed for such" Spcial Loan is a special rate of threepence halfpenny in the pound upon the -annual rateable value of all rateable property within the City of Nelson. It is proposed to provide a sinking fund of thirteen shillings and fourpence per cent, per annum for the repayment of the said loan.
