COACH GOES OVER THE EDGE

Westoort, July 10. Through the horses shying at a man's coat on the roadside, the mail coach and five jiassengers were precipitated some forty feet down a siding at a spot on the Buller road "three miles above the Inangahua Junction, on Saturday. The horses, driver, and the forecarriaoie remained on the road. Nobody was hurt, but the coach was rlamagod. The passengers included Mrs. Turner and Miss Parkinson (Ne'son) and Messrs Allen and Hayrock ('commercial travellers). Mr. Haycock was in a coach accident at Wostport four months ago.
