A Toronto report states that the Roman Catholic wife of Dr Mcßea left him after tho Ne Temere decree was published. The doctor, with a friend named Shaw, went to the wife's uncle's place, seeking to induce her to return. A quarrel arose during which the uncle shot Shaw fatally.
