There are now 287 spcial agents for American makers of agricultural machinery and tools travelling in Turkish dominions, and all report good business. Turkish banks are lending froely to the general merchants in ru>ral districts, who endorse the notes given by farmers to agents for American agricultural machinery manufacturers.
