At the unveiling of the Queen Victoria memorial, the Royalties at midday will walk from the' Palace, attended by a detachment of tho Yeomen of the Guard, to Majesties' dais in front of the statue of Victoria, the Ambassadors, Cabinet Ministers and others surrounding it.
Lord Esher will read the address on behalf of the Executive Committee of tho memorial, and tho King will reply. Tho Primate and the Bishop of London will perform the dedication service. The choirs of St George's, Windsor, the Chapel Royal, Westminster Abbey and St Paul's, under Sir AValter Parratt, Queen Victoria's private organist, will ping, "O God our Help in Ages Past," The King will then unveil the gtittuo by pressure on a button, electrically releasing the covering. A Royal salute will be fired in St Jamos' Park, massed bands will play the National Anthem, and the £roops will march past. The Royalties will then return to the Palace.
