SIR ERNEST SHACKLETQN'S APPEAL.
[Press Association— Copyright.] London, May 12. The "Daily Mail" states that Sir Ernest Sliackleton's appeal on behalf of tho Mawson Antarctic Expedition is an immense success. Dr Mawson's ship loaves the Thames at tho end of Juno and goes to Melbourne, thence, to Hobart, which will be the final port of departure.
