While in South Africa last year with Dick Arnst, the world'© champion oarsman, Mr. George Sutherland, of the Globe Hotel, went on a hunting expedition in Rhodesia, and met with considerable success. Yesterday, Mr. Sutherland received from Sau^li AB-ie-a a number of the trophies of the chase shot,by himself. Those include a magnificent lion, a koodoo, a sable antelope, and many other varieties of antelope. The antlers of the koodoo weigh, just upon 351bs, and are a very fin© pair, while, those of the sable antelope are equally handsome. Tho skins of the Iron and some of tho antelopes arrived in excellent condition,' but that of tii© koodoo was badly perished, due no doub/t to faulty packing. Mr Sutherland also brought back with him the tail feathers of tho maribon vulture, which are .far more valuable +han ostricih feathers. Altogether Mr Sutherland, has a very interesting collection of specimen® of South African game,
