HAYWARD'S PICTURES.
The Theatre Royal is still as popular as ever as a rendezvous for lovers of animat-ed pictures, and a large audience gathered last night to witness the last of the bi-weekly change of Hay ward's fine programme. Their new programme promises a treat for the territorials of Nelson in the picture of the "Brtisli Army Manoeuvres" showing tho most extensive operations ever carried out by the British Army, transport, artillery, field telephone, infantry, cavalry, etc. The scries includes scenes and incidents taken with Hussars, Gordons, Royal Engineers, sth Dragoons, Household Brigade, 16th Lancers, Horse Artillery, Medical Corps, Scots Greys, Irish Fusiliers, and many others. The dramatic element will bo represented by "The Kid," and "The Message of the Violin," both said to bo powerful subjects. "A Tout in the Alps," is among the scenic studies, and the Pa the and Australian Gazettes are included in the programme, besides several comedy pictures. "Broncho Training" gives an excellent idea of the methods employed in breaking in horses'on Argentine ranches, and some fine exhibitions of daring Tiding are shown.
