The rates to Now Zealand and the Pacific Islands will be: Letters Id per half ox, postcards Id, magazines Id for eight ozs, books Id for 4 ozs, commercial papers, printed papers, patterns and samples, Id for 2ozs ; newspapers Jd per lOozs.
