Calcutta; April 19. Of 42 persons accused of a vast conspiracy at Howrah (near Calcutta) to overthrow the Government, a special tribunal of the High Court has acquitted 33.

Six persons are already in gaol on charges of dacoity, and one has sinco died. One became insane and one other was released during the trial.
