At tho Mayoral reception at Toowoomba, Mr Fisher, Federal Premier, responding to tlm .Mayor's hope that lie would return from the Coronation as "Sir Andrew," declared that be would not accept a title, of any kind. It was time men rcfur.rd titles and honours offered to them.
Tho Federal Government co-opera-tes to hold military Coronation reviews in State capitals. It also provides £2000 towards fireworks displays the capital of each State receiving £333.
