The Mexican Finance Minister, who is here, and also the Ambassador, announce the reception of .assurances from Washington of the sincere co-op-oration of the American and Mexican administrations. Mr. Dickinson, Secretary for War, authorises the announcement that tho Government has not contemplated intervening at any time, neither will more troops be jnobilised. The Ambassador says lie received Mr Taft's positive assurance- of friendship towards Mexico. The American warships will call at Mexican ports merely for coaling purposes.
