The races are furtlicjr postponed till Saturday. Monday, and Wednesday. There have bfeu tropical rains, and thp course is impossible. The conditions are unpreeedpiitf>l, and tho Steeplechase would be unsafe. The lawns, tho carriage paddocks, and tho ilat are submerged.
