AUSTRALIAN POLITICIAN FINED [Press Association—Copyright.] (Received March 8, 9.30 p.m.) Sydney, March 8. Mr Coutts, a member of thn Federal House and secretary of the Railway and Tramway Association, was fined £3 for divulging the proceedings of the Railway Service Superannuation Board. Mr Coutts published the information in the Association's official organ, bis defence being thai the regulation prohibiting publication was ultra vires. The. proceedings were taken at the instance of tho Chief Railway Commissioner.
