On the recommendation of the officer commanding the Canterbury district, tho following officers and men have been selected to form a portion of the Coronation contingent from New Zealand: Captain ilohnson, C squadron, Ist regiment; Captain G. E. Rhodes, A squadron, Ist regiment; SergieantMajor McMahon (Wakatu Mounted Rifles) B squadron, 10th regiment; (Sergeant L. Parkinson, Sergeant L. Blundeu, Corporal McFarlane, Troopers Bassett, D. Chapman, J. Chapman Ouiey, Allen, all of A squadron, Ist ■regiment; Sergeant T. S. J. Doherty, and Trooper W. Eustace, B squadron ; Lance-Corporal H. -M. Foster (Highland Rifles), H company, Ist regimfent (Infantry); Private G. C. O'Callaghan (City Rifles), C company, Ist regiment.
