Hie barometer lias riwn in the northern districts, hut fallen in the South. Present indications are for a ial.inp, baromeiw everywhere, especially in the Soutli. Northerly winds will probably increase, and strong to Rale southward of New Plymouth and Napier, increasing haziness and cloudiness preceding unsettled weather in most parts of the country, but chiefly southward of Now Plymouth ami Napier, whore there are now indications for a> change in th>- conditions.
