Tho Licensed Victuallers' Association intend to test the question whether certain hotels in electorates which carried reduction in 1907 but reversed that decision at the last election by a rot? for continuance of all existing licenses must be closed. The Association, fortified by a legal opinion, claims that the last vote nullified the 1907 vote.
