The Minister of Finance is dead. II" received seven wounds from Mauser pistols. The murderers, who are Russian subjects, have been captured.
There is considerable indignation at the Husrinu legation demanding their sin-render, and also at the refusal of th" Kussian Consul to surrender the iimrdcivr of the- Governor of Ispahan.
