Piper, ex-Mayor of Nelson, is contemplating a holiday visit to Australia, America, and Groat Britain, and will UvruT Nel.'.'m in March next. At a meeting of the Nelson Ministers' Association on Monday,_ regret was expressed at the approaching departure of the secretary, the .11-v. Stanley Jenkin, and he was offered the best wishes of his colleagues for his -nKCTss in his new sphere of labour. Mr Jeakin made a fitting response.
