A NEW SOUTH WALES DEMAND.
Sydney, Feb 6. Mr McGawen, New South Wales Premier, has written to Mr Fisher, Federal Premier, formally demanding payment of interest at tho rate of 3if per cent from thci date of the cessatiozi of the operation of the Braddon clause, on £4,420,000, the value of the State property transferred to the Commonwealth.
