Auckland, Jan. 28, The Prime Minister arrived this morning. Interviewed, he stated that low power wireless stations would be completed in Wellington and othor places already mentioned within two or three months; a high power station at Doubtless Bay within eight months. There was no need of a row power station at Auckland, as it was close in touch with Doubtless Bay by telegraph.
11l ooanection with the Vancouver rrail service, Sir Joseph said that within a few months New Zealand will have the steamers Makura, Marama. and another steamer in regular communication between New Zealand and London, in 27 to 28 days, or possibly less.
The Premier has cabled Home protesting against the removal of the High Commissioner from Fiji to Sjdnej;' '■ ' ■ " :.i :■. -
