THE SOUTH AFRICAN TEAM AND NEW ZEALAND.
[United Press Association.] Dunedfn, Dec. 13. Dan Reese, the well-known Canterbury cricketed who returned from a business, visit to Australia this morning, says that the South Africans have expressed themselves particularly anxious to visit New Zealand. He thinks that if Mr Abe Bailey, comes out for "the third test match, extended leave could be fixed up, and a tour arrang°d,,as Sherwell's men want only rea.sonable expenses. Reeser«uggests the abandonment o fthe return match with South Australia, which would enable the Springboks: to leave Sydney for Auckland immediately after the fifth test match.
