Wellington, Nov. 21. The Rev. D. 0. Bates' summary and forecast last night was as follows: — Low pressure passed northward of New Zealand on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, oausing much rain and strong easterly winds northward of East Gape and Kawhia, but elsewhere the winds were variablo, and the weaiher was warm and changeable, and foggy in parts at times. The present indications are for mild ana changeable weather, humid generally,and showery and foggy in parts. Though at present rising slowly in the South, there *" are indications for a fallifig barometer everywhere soon. Moderate to strong easterly winds prevailing generally.
