0 University Laboratory / Dunedin, Nov. 6, 09. As a result of a careful chemical and microscopical analysis of 10 samples of ST. GEORGE JAMS, I have to report : 1. That the jams are specifically what their labels represent. 2. That there is no admixture with ex--6 - traneous fruits. 3. That the colour is that proper to the fruit named on the label* 4. That the sweetening and preservative is Cane Sugar only. Finally, these jams are of excellent quality, skilfully prepared, and free from every species cf adulteration. (Sgd.) Jas. G. Black. B
