No. 2 bore is down : I depth of three thousand and thirt* feet. The casing is twelve feet off tin : bottom. During the week No. 2 bori . yielded eighty barrels of oil. Nos. , and 3, ten barrels each. The manage '. reports that No. 3 flowed very strong ' ly this morning, and five barrels o : oil were obtained. There was a powerful [ erful pressure of gas. No. 2 is flow , ing freely, and tliere is much gas.
