SCOTTISH JUDICIAL APPOINTMENTS.
London, April 19. Sir Arthur Dewar, SSolicito r General or Scotland, succeeds the late Lord John, McLaren as Lord of Justiciary in Scotland. Mr William Hunter, M.P. for Govan Division of Lancashire, has been appointed Solicitor-General for Scotland.
