Mr McKenna, replying. to Mr;!Burgoyne, said the date of the laying down of the, Australian. and New.Zealand battleships would be settled bj the contractors when the placing of the orders was confirmed. . - He added in reply to & further question that ships forming part of ..the Royal Navy would fly the Union Jack, and those forming part of the Australian unit would fly such flag as tho Australian Government deterimned.
