FOUND DROWNED.

[United Pres3 Association.]

Christchurch, April VI. Tho naked body of a man was found floating in Lyttelton Harbour this morning. It was in an advanced stage of decomposition, and had lost the head, and one leg. Evidently it had been in the water many weeks. A piece of cloth round the loins looked like) the remnant of a bathing trunk, and it is surmised that the body is that of a man who had be^.n drowned while bathing. There has Keen no recent accident of tho kind at" Jjyiteltan, but it is suggested that the body may be that of the second of the two... lads named Lee, who were drowned on the New Brighton beach on February 6th last.
