< On the application ,of Mr s Fell His Honour granted probate of the --v 111 ot the lato. Hon. Francis TAsk to Eiu'ily Trask E. E. Trask, H. V. Gully, and John King. On the application 1 of Mr Fell pio bate of tho will of the late .Joseph Hoult was granted to E. S. Hoult and Joseph Hoult, junr., leave being reserved for two other executors named to prove if necessary. On the application of Mr Fell, letters of administration in the estate of John Frederick William Sixtus, deceased, were granted to 'the widow, Elizabeth May Sixtus. An originating summons in re Benjamin Harford, deceased,, was adjourned sine die. Mr A. T. Maginnity appeared for Mrs Harford and Mr Fell for the beneficiaries.

On the motion of Mr. Maginnity, probate of the will of Robert. Kerr, late of Pigeon Valley, deceased, was granted to James Hyde and Robert Kerr ; also probate of the will of Mary Ann Taylor, late of Nelson, deceased, was granted to William Robert Allen and Edward John Allen; also probate of the. will of Eliza Sarah Pattie, late of Riwaka, deceased, was granted to

In tho estate of James Ferederick Moore, deceased, upon a petition presented by Mr Maginnity, on behalf oi the administrator for the authority oi the Court to sell certain real estate, His Honour directed that further evidence as to the value of the property be. filed. His Honour intimated that the share of the minors should bo deposited with the Public Trustee, to save the cost of appointing a guardian ad litcm. When this was done the matter could b< again, brought before him.
