On the application 1 of Mr Fell pio bate of tho will of the late .Joseph Hoult was granted to E. S. Hoult and Joseph Hoult, junr., leave being reserved for two other executors named to prove if necessary. On the application of Mr Fell, letters of administration in the estate of John Frederick William Sixtus, deceased, were granted to 'the widow, Elizabeth May Sixtus. An originating summons in re Benjamin Harford, deceased,, was adjourned sine die. Mr A. T. Maginnity appeared for Mrs Harford and Mr Fell for the beneficiaries.
