The sum or £2584 was put through the totalisator. The following arc the- results: Open Handicap: Blessbok 1, Investment 2, Miss Gift 3. Also started, Coxswain, Fandango, and Freeland. Coxswain got slightly left at the start. Blessbok went to the front and led throughout, winning easily. Tradesmen's Handicap: Mangrove 1, Montague 2, Wairarapa 3. Also i started Vologda, Divorce, and Lub- ] ra. Won by a head. . Introductory Handicap Trot: Mid- \ get (28secs)' 1, Epouleen (28secs) 2, Chips (30secs) 3. Also started, Lig- < nite Security, Mawhera, Blacksand, ' Rita, H. Merry, Cobra, Rubin, Rua- } tapu, Wedgwood, Toroha,' Violetta l • and B-ineburn. Won by several J lengths. -• Autumn Handicap: First View 1, I The Orient 2, Investment 3.
