FIRE AT NAPIER.
Napier, March 30. A live-roomed dwelling, owned by Mr Lascelles, and occupied by Mr YV. C. Saiidfo'rd, was totally destroyed by fire early this morning, the flames being fanned by a heavy southerly gale. Everything was burned, and the inmates had a narrow escape.^ Ihe insurance on the building is £200 m the Sun office, and on the furniture £100. . ■
