Labour circles in Canada are oxasperated at the Dominion Coal and Iron Company, of Nova Scotia, arranging to import a. thousand English miners- to replace the strikers. A private Bill has been introduced in the Nova Scotia Legislature making masters' recognition' of trade unions compulsory, and forbidding the importation of strike breakers.
