RESULTLESS CONFERENCE AT ALBANY. (Received March 22, 0.30 a.m.) New York, March 21. The tariff negotiations at Albany rc r suited in no conclusion being reached. The speeches of Earl Grey and Mr Taf t were cordial. Mr Taft deck red that the people of the United Stales were slow to realise what a potent'ality Canada was. They must be as close friends as possible.
