[Paras Association — Coptright.] (Received March 17, 11.20 p.m.) London, March 17. Tom Browne, the artist, R.B.R. R.I. is dead. [Decease was born in Nottingham in 1872 and left school at 11 years of ago to work in the Nottingham lace market.' At 14 years he was apprenticed to n lifcbo firm, and served there until 21 years. At 17 he commenced black jnd white work, and exhibited at the Royal Academy for the first time in [897. His best known publications are Fom Browne's Comic Annual. Tom Browne's Cycle Sketch Book, The Khaki Alphabet Book, and Night Side )f London. .
