From "The Colonist," Feb. 24.) The annual meeting of the Rover Football Club was held in the Rechabites' Hall, Wakefield, on Tuesday evening. Mr C; Bird was voted to the chair iv the unavoidable absence of the President. The balance sheet for the past season was presented, showing a balance in hand of £3 4s 6d. This was adopted. Loughton, F. Kinzett, and H. J. Harris ; Secretary, Mr E. Uves ; Treasurer, Mr H. L. Thomas; Field Captain Mr E. Eves ; Club Captain, Mr H. J. Harris; Vice-Captain, Mr V. Thomason; Selection 1 -Committee, Messrs L. Thomason, H. Thomas, R. Arnold, and captains; G.eneral Committee, Messrs C. Kirk, G. Mead, Jj. Thomason, R. Arnold, H. Thomav, and captain.
