Public interest in the. Knyvett case is not out, and suburban meetings are being organised. In tho meantime Captain Knyvett has instructed his solicitors, Messrs Pullen and Dawson, to institute civil proceedings against certain officers of the Defence Department, and they have retained the services of Mr F. Earl. In this connection it is likely that a case for a civil action will shortly be stated.
