RUSSIAN STEAMERS REPORTED LOST. {Peesb Association — Coptbiqht.] {Received Feb 16, 11.55 p.m.) St Petersburg, Feb 16. The newspaper "Russ" states that two local passenger cargo steamers . were wrecked in the Persian Gidf storm, two hundred persons being drowned.
