COOD TEMPLARS.
At the last meeting of the Loyal Nelson. Lodge, No 31, there was a good attendance. The newly elected officers weroi installed as follows: Past Chief Templar, Bio Preen ; Chief Templar, Sister. Mrs Fairey; Vice Templar, Sister A. Hcise ; Superintendent of Juvenile Work, Sister C. Watson ; Socretary, Bro Carins (re-elected) ; assistant Secretary, Sister F. Bartlett; Treasurer, Bro Braddock (re-elected) ; Chaplain, Sister M! McKenziei; Financial Secretary, Sister Mrs Campbell; Marshal, Bro ' Simpson ; . AssistantMarshal, Sister Wostrupp ; Guard, Bro Campbell ; Sentinel, Bro Vercoe. The reports of the various officers were adoptr>l. They showed the lodge to be in a robust condition, and the finances sound and healthy. The attendance during the summer time has been exceptionally good, as at that season of the yciar there is generally a falling off. The financial members were reported to number 88. A vote- of thanks was accorded to tho retiring officers, and Bro Preen responded. Bro Bond was recommended for a second term as Lodge Deputy. The various working committees were appointed. . At the conclusion of the business re"freshments were provided by the, sisters.
